Video & Motion
Video production
in Ghana
Concept, shoot, animate, edit, grade: full-stack video production out of Kumasi, for brands who need the footage to do a job rather than just exist.
Moving pictures that move people
Most video briefs in Ghana get split across three or four hands: someone shoots it, someone else cuts it, a third person adds the graphics, and the brand ends up paying for the seams. We do the whole chain in-house. The person who wrote the treatment is still on the job when the colour is being graded, which is why the finished film usually looks like the thing that was pitched.
That covers the obvious work (brand films, launch promos, product spots, testimonial pieces, recap edits from an event you have just run), and the less obvious: CGI product placements built entirely in-studio, animated explainer series, and the LED stage visuals that play behind a live show, the motion graphics and 3D side of the same studio.
Every job starts with what the video is supposed to achieve, not what it should look like. A recruitment film and a Black Friday promo can be shot on the same camera in the same room and still need to be completely different pieces of work. We write the treatment against the goal, agree it with you before a single frame is shot, and then hold ourselves to it.
Format is decided the same way. A film that lives on a highway LED board, a 9:16 cut for Reels and TikTok, a 30-second pre-roll and a three-minute festival edit are four different builds, not one file resized four times. We plan the crops and the safe areas in pre-production so the vertical cut is not an afterthought with a subtitle covering someone's face.

What the work has actually done
A single TikTok video we produced for Calvary Redemption Church has passed 421.8K views, and the page it sits on has grown to 14.1K followers. That is one church, in Ghana, with no media budget behind the post, the reach came from the edit.
For Medilab, a diagnostics network with branches across Ghana, an ongoing animated health series has pulled 255K organic views from a page with about 2,600 followers. Health information is not naturally viral content; it travels when the motion work makes it watchable.
For Ramen Express we built CGI out-of-home concepts that put the brand inside two of the biggest cultural moments going (the Eras Tour's Toronto stop and the NFL season) without renting a single billboard. The spots were assembled in-studio, frame by frame.
And for LEGACY Nite, a concert series headlined by Amakye Dede, Stonebwoy, Ofori Amponsah and Akosua Agyapong, we have produced the promo films and recap edits for a run that draws over 2,000 attendees every year.

Message us on WhatsApp or email with what you are trying to achieve, roughly when you need it, and the budget you have in mind. A person replies, not an auto-responder.
Fixed quote in a day
You get a written quote inside one working day. It states the scope, the deliverables and the timeline for your job, it is fixed for that scope, and it stays valid for 30 days.
Deposit and production
A 50% deposit confirms your slot in the schedule and covers the work up to first presentation. It is fully refundable right up until work begins. Two revision rounds per asset are included.
Delivery and hand-off
Final files arrive through a private link, or a shared drive for large video. Everything is yours once the invoice clears, and we keep project files for at least 12 months for re-exports.

Video is quoted per project, never off a rate card, because a one-day interview shoot and a six-week campaign with CGI in it are not the same animal. Shoot days, crew, animation time, revisions and the number of exports you need all move the number, so we price the actual job. Projects start at GHS 500.
The quote arrives in writing inside one working day, fixed for the scope it describes, and valid for 30 days. If the scope shifts mid-shoot (an extra location, a second cut for a platform nobody mentioned), you hear the cost before we do the work, never on the invoice afterwards.
A 50% deposit books your shoot dates and covers everything up to first cut; the balance falls due on delivery. Pay by mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money), bank transfer, or Visa and Mastercard. Quotes are in Ghana Cedi by default, and we can invoice in other currencies where our processor collects in them. Tax treatment is stated plainly on every quote, with any levy itemised separately.
Where we work
We are based in Kumasi and shoot across Ghana. Where a shoot needs us physically present outside Greater Kumasi (Accra, Takoradi, Tamale, anywhere), travel and accommodation are quoted separately and agreed before anything is booked. They never appear as a surprise line at the end.
Plenty of the work needs no travel at all. Animation, CGI, editing and grading happen in-studio, so if you already have footage, a product or a brief, briefing and reviews run online and clients anywhere in the world are served the same way as clients down the road.
Around 80% of our clients stay on retainer after the first project, which for video usually means a rolling content calendar rather than a one-off film.
Questions we get asked
How long does a video project take?
It depends entirely on scope, and your quote states the timeline for your specific job. As a rough guide, a single social video is usually days and a full campaign rollout is usually several weeks. Timelines start when the deposit clears and we have the material we need from you (not when the quote is accepted), so delays in feedback or assets move the delivery date by the same amount.
How much does video production cost in Ghana?
We quote per project rather than publishing a rate card, because a two-day shoot and a six-week campaign are not comparable. Projects start at GHS 500. You get a fixed written quote inside one working day; it covers the scope it describes and stays valid for 30 days.
Do you work with clients outside Kumasi?
Yes. We are based in Kumasi and work remotely with clients anywhere: anywhere in Ghana, and internationally. Briefing, reviews and hand-off all happen online, and we invoice in your currency where we can. Where a job needs us physically present outside Greater Kumasi, travel and accommodation are quoted separately and agreed before anything is booked.
How many rounds of changes are included?
Two revision rounds per asset are included in every project. A round means one consolidated set of feedback from you, actioned by us. Further rounds are quoted separately, and we always tell you when you have reached the limit and what the next round would cost before doing the work.
Who owns the finished work?
All final creative belongs to you once the invoice is settled in full. You get the delivered files and the right to use them however you need, with no ongoing licence fee. Editable project files (After Effects compositions, layered design files, raw footage) are working files rather than the product, so they are not part of a standard delivery. Ask up front and we price them into the quote.
Do you handle the shoot as well as the edit?
Yes. Concept, shoot, animation, edit and colour grade are all done in-house by the same team, which is the whole point, nothing gets lost in a hand-off between a production company and an editing suite. If you already have footage and only need the edit and grade, we do that too.
