Most graphic design is bought one flyer at a time, the night before it is needed. We work the other way round: every piece is designed as part of a set, so the poster, the WhatsApp status, the Instagram carousel, the banner and the countdown series all look like they came from the same place, because they did.
The range is wide on purpose. Church calendars and service flyers, concert key art, health campaigns for a diagnostics network, single and EP covers for musicians, and the logos and brand marks behind all of it. The same senior team that designs for Ghana's biggest stages designs your smallest flyer.
Every file is prepared for where it is going. Social designs are sized for each platform, print artwork comes as press-ready PDFs, and billboards are laid out to be read in about three seconds from a moving car rather than on a laptop screen.

Work people stop for
LEGACY Nite, for DK Events, is a concert series celebrating Ghana's highlife greats (Amakye Dede, Stonebwoy, Ofori Amponsah, Akosua Agyapong and more), and its key art has to sell a bill as big as its line-up. One piece of artwork becomes the poster, the tickets, the backdrops and the social series, for a night that draws over 2,000 attendees every year.
For Medilab Diagnostic Services the job is harder to see: health campaigns that make screening feel worth doing without frightening anyone. Allergy testing, early cancer detection and diabetes awareness each run as posters, calendars and social series, and the animated health series has passed 255K organic views from a page of roughly 2,600 followers.
Single and EP covers are the smallest canvas we design for. A cover like Adepa Sandy's Nyame Sunsum has to work at the size of a thumbnail on a streaming app and still hold up as a poster.
Most of this work is not one-off. Churches, clinics and brands send us their calendar and we design the whole season, week by week, which is why roughly 80% of our clients stay on retainer after the first project.

Fixed quote in a day
You get a written quote inside one working day. It states the scope, the deliverables and the timeline for your job, it is fixed for that scope, and it stays valid for 30 days.
Deposit and design
A 50% deposit confirms your slot in the schedule and covers the work up to first presentation. It is fully refundable right up until work begins. Two revision rounds per asset are included.
Delivery and hand-off
Final files arrive through a private link, sized for every place they will appear. Everything is yours once the invoice clears, and we keep project files for at least 12 months for re-exports.

Graphic design is quoted per project: a single flyer, a monthly series of social designs, or a full campaign across print and screen. We price the actual scope rather than publishing a rate card that would be wrong for almost everyone. Projects start at GHS 500.
The quote comes in writing inside one working day, lists exactly which designs and sizes are included, and holds for 30 days. Regular weekly or monthly work can run on a retainer, billed monthly in advance.
A 50% deposit begins the work and is fully refundable right up until it does; the balance falls due on delivery. Mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money), bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard are all accepted.
Where we work
Our studio is in Asenua, Kumasi (Ghana Post GPS AD-065-9548). Most graphic design runs over WhatsApp and email: you send the details, we send designs to review, and final files come back through a private link, so we design for clients across Ghana and abroad as easily as for those down the road.
We answer WhatsApp and email Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00.

Yes. Churches, clinics and brands use us for weekly flyers, series and countdowns across their channels, usually on a monthly retainer, so every post looks like it came from the same place.
Are you a graphic designer or a media house?
Both, under one roof. OKAT Media is a creative media house in Kumasi: graphic design, video, motion graphics, web design and event branding by one senior team, so the flyer, the video and the website all match.
How many rounds of changes are included?
Two revision rounds per asset are included in every project. A round means one consolidated set of feedback from you, actioned by us. Further rounds are quoted separately, and we always tell you when you have reached the limit and what the next round would cost before doing the work.
