Events & Campaigns
Event branding
in Ghana
We've branded concerts headlined by Ghana's biggest artists and conferences drawing speakers from four continents. One key art, every touchpoint.
Campaigns that fill the room
An event campaign is a deadline with a visual identity attached. The date does not move, the printer needs files by a certain hour, and the poster has to be out early enough for anyone to plan around it. That constraint shapes how we work: key art first, agreed early, then every other surface derived from it rather than designed from scratch under pressure.
From that one piece of key art comes the whole set: posters and flyers, highway billboards, tickets and passes, social announcements and countdowns, backdrops and step-and-repeats, pull-up banners, stage and LED visuals, programme and order-of-service, merch, and the recap film afterwards. Because they all descend from the same artwork, the identity system underneath it and the film work on top, the campaign reads as one thing from the first Instagram post to the last photo taken against the backdrop.
We plan the run-of-campaign against the date working backwards: announcement, line-up reveals, ticket pushes, final call, day-of, recap. Knowing that sequence in advance is what stops the week before an event turning into a scramble for assets nobody scheduled.
The production details matter as much as the design. Backdrops and billboards get built to the actual physical dimensions from the supplier, at the right resolution, with bleed, in the colour profile the printer wants. Stage visuals get sized to the real screen rig. These are the things that go wrong quietly and expensively, usually on the day.
What you get
- Key art & campaign identity
- Posters, billboards, tickets & passes
- Social announcements and countdown series
- Backdrops, pull-ups & venue branding
- Stage and LED visuals
- Recap films and highlight edits
Rooms we have helped fill
LEGACY Nite is a concert series celebrating Ghana's highlife greats (Amakye Dede, Stonebwoy, Ofori Amponsah, Akosua Agyapong and more), and it needed a campaign as big as its line-up. We built the entire visual world for it, and across the years we have worked on it the series has drawn over 2,000 attendees every year.
Calvary Redemption Church runs a calendar most promoters would find demanding: watch-night services, month-long fasting seasons, and a leaders summit drawing speakers from South Africa to Singapore. Every season gets its own visual identity, and every one of them still has to read as the same church.
ZAMAR, for GCMI, is the version of this that repeats. A custom 3D logo built to headline a bill, then rolled forward each year into a campaign refresh, event collateral and a recap film, so the event compounds recognition instead of starting over annually.
And Victory Charismatic Chapel brings the milestone end: a 65th birthday, forty years of marriage, forty-four in ministry, each made to look as significant as it feels across print, screen and the room itself.
How a project runs

Message us on WhatsApp or email with what you are trying to achieve, roughly when you need it, and the budget you have in mind. A person replies, not an auto-responder.
Fixed quote in a day
You get a written quote inside one working day. It states the scope, the deliverables and the timeline for your job, it is fixed for that scope, and it stays valid for 30 days.
Deposit and production
A 50% deposit confirms your slot in the schedule and covers the work up to first presentation. It is fully refundable right up until work begins. Two revision rounds per asset are included.
Delivery and hand-off
Final files arrive through a private link, or a shared drive for large video. Everything is yours once the invoice clears, and we keep project files for at least 12 months for re-exports.

Campaigns are quoted per project, because the surface count is what drives the cost and it is different every time. A poster and a social set is one thing; key art plus billboards, tickets, backdrops, stage visuals and a recap film is another. Tell us the full list of touchpoints and the event date, and we price it. Projects start at GHS 500.
The quote is written, arrives inside one working day, is fixed for the scope it lists, and holds for 30 days. Late additions are the norm in events (a sponsor joins, a new banner size appears), and each one is priced and agreed before we build it, so you are never handed a bigger invoice than the one you approved.
A 50% deposit secures your dates in the schedule, which matters more here than anywhere else, because event work is deadline-bound and slots are finite. It is fully refundable until work begins; the balance falls due on delivery. Mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money), bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard all work, in Ghana Cedi by default.
Where we work
We are in Kumasi and have branded events across Ghana. The design work itself runs online (briefs, key art presentation, revisions, print-ready files sent straight to your vendor), so we do not need to be in your city to deliver a campaign for it.
Where you want us physically present, for stage visuals on the day or on-site coverage for a recap film, travel and accommodation are quoted separately and agreed before anything is booked.
What we always need from you is the vendor spec sheet: the exact physical dimensions of the billboard, the backdrop, the stage screen. Designing to a guessed size is how artwork ends up soft or cropped on the day, and that is not a mistake anyone can fix at 6pm before doors open.
Questions we get asked
How far ahead should we book event branding?
As early as you can, and earlier than feels necessary. Key art has to be agreed before posters, tickets, billboards and social assets can be built from it, and printers and OOH vendors need lead time of their own. Tell us the event date in your first message and we will tell you honestly whether the timeline is workable.
How much does event branding cost?
We quote per project, because a single poster and a full campaign rollout across print, OOH, social and stage are not comparable. Projects start at GHS 500, the quote is fixed for the scope it describes, and it stays valid for 30 days.
Do you supply print-ready files for billboards and backdrops?
Yes. We build to the actual physical dimensions from your supplier, at the right resolution, with bleed and in the colour profile the printer asks for. Send us the vendor's spec sheet and we work to it. Guessing at these is how a backdrop ends up soft or cropped on the day.
Can you cover the event itself?
We produce stage and LED visuals, and recap films and highlight edits afterwards. Where a job needs us physically present outside Greater Kumasi, travel and accommodation are quoted separately and agreed before anything is booked.
How many rounds of changes are included?
Two revision rounds per asset are included in every project. A round means one consolidated set of feedback from you, actioned by us. Further rounds are quoted separately, and we always tell you when you have reached the limit and what the next round would cost before doing the work.
Will you show my project in your portfolio?
Usually yes, once it is public. If your work is confidential or you would simply rather we did not, say so and we keep it out, no argument, no fee.
Got a date in
the diary?
Tell us the event, the date and the budget you have in mind. A fixed quote comes back inside one working day, valid 30 days. Projects start at GHS 500.
