OKAT Creative Media Hub is a creative media studio in Kumasi, Ghana. Established March 2018. Seven people, two of them founders. We build the work in house and deliver it worldwide.
Six service lines, one studio. A brand that needs a film, a logo, a site and a month of posts does not need four suppliers.
We have put diagnostics labs on highway billboards, produced conference series for a climate-policy institute in Accra and Legon, branded concerts for Ghana's highlife greats, animated health education watched across the country, and built motion work for food brands in Canada and the United States.
Briefs come in by email or by phone. Work goes out on a schedule we set at the start and keep. There is no account layer between the brief and the people making the work.

The studio
Two founders.
Seven people.
OKAT Media is run by twin brothers. Both are on the floor, on the shoot and in the edit. Between them they carry the client relationship, the schedule and the final cut.

Runs the studio and the client relationships, and fronts every new brief that comes in.

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Leads editing and field production. Owns the schedule, the kit and the cut, and runs the crew on location.
Around them, five more people across design, camera, editing and scheduling. Both founders are reachable directly, from the first call to the final file.

Not a roster of freelancers assembled per job. The same seven people shoot, switch, edit and deliver, on a client's floor, on a stage or at the desk in Kumasi. The crew you meet at the briefing is the crew that turns up on the day.
Everything in house.
The people you brief are the people who do the work. Both founders are on the floor, so decisions get made on the spot, and clients booking again get the team that already knows the room.
Own cameras, gimbals, lenses, audio and the switching desk. Cut, graded and delivered from Kumasi.

Scope and deadline in writing. We come back with scope and schedule, also in writing, and work starts on written approval.
Design the system
One strong idea, engineered to travel: key art that scales from an Instagram story to a 14 x 12 ft stage backdrop without losing its punch.
Deliver everywhere
Print-ready, platform-ready, stage-ready. Two revision rounds per asset are included, every asset comes to you for review before it publishes, and we stick around for the next push.
