Branding & Design
Brand identity
design in Ghana
Logos, brand systems and the collateral that carries them, from a luxury wordmark to a highway billboard, designed to look expensive and sell hard.
Identities built to be remembered
A logo on its own is not an identity. It is one asset in a system that also has to survive being printed at highway scale, embroidered on a polo shirt, cropped into a profile picture and reproduced in a single colour on a receipt. We design for all of those at once, because the ones that get skipped are exactly where a brand starts looking cheap.
So a brand build here covers the mark and everything that carries it: the full logo set in vector and raster, the colour palette with real values rather than approximations, the type system, the layout rules, and the collateral your team actually needs on day one: stationery, signage, social templates, merch.
We work across a wider range than most studios our size, and that is deliberate. A church running a packed calendar, a diagnostics network with branches in several cities, a restaurant, a luxury retailer and a concert promoter all need identity work, and they all need it to behave differently. The system has to be tight enough to stay recognisable and loose enough that a fasting-season campaign and a leaders summit can both live inside it.
Out-of-home is treated as part of the identity, not an afterthought. A billboard is read in about three seconds from a moving car, so it gets designed at that distance from the start, not laid out on a laptop screen and scaled up afterwards and hoped for. The same goes for pull-ups, backdrops, vehicle branding and signage, and it carries straight into event and campaign design when a brand has a date to hit.

Identity that has to work everywhere
ZAMAR is the shortest version of the argument. GCMI needed a mark that could headline a bill, so we built it in 3D (gold, chrome and trumpets), and then rolled it forward into yearly campaign refreshes, event collateral and recap films. Because the identity was built as a system rather than a single file, each new year is a refresh rather than a rebuild.
For Calvary Redemption Church, the challenge was range. A packed calendar of watch-night services, month-long fasting seasons and a leaders summit drawing speakers from South Africa to Singapore means many campaigns a year, each needing its own look while still reading as one church.
Victory Charismatic Chapel is the same test over a longer horizon: forty years of marriage, forty-four in ministry, a 65th birthday, and regular services that fill the room. Every milestone gets designed to look as significant as it feels, across print, screen and social, and it all has to stay recognisably one church.
That kind of range is why roughly 80% of our clients stay on retainer after the first project. An identity that only works for the launch and then quietly falls apart is not an identity.
How a project runs

Message us on WhatsApp or email with what you are trying to achieve, roughly when you need it, and the budget you have in mind. A person replies, not an auto-responder.
Fixed quote in a day
You get a written quote inside one working day. It states the scope, the deliverables and the timeline for your job, it is fixed for that scope, and it stays valid for 30 days.
Deposit and production
A 50% deposit confirms your slot in the schedule and covers the work up to first presentation. It is fully refundable right up until work begins. Two revision rounds per asset are included.
Delivery and hand-off
Final files arrive through a private link, or a shared drive for large video. Everything is yours once the invoice clears, and we keep project files for at least 12 months for re-exports.

Identity work is quoted per project because the range is enormous: a single wordmark, or a full system with guidelines, stationery, signage, out-of-home templates and merch. We price the actual scope rather than publishing a rate card that would be wrong for almost everyone. Projects start at GHS 500.
The quote comes in writing inside one working day, lists exactly which deliverables are included, and holds for 30 days. Scope changes (a sub-brand nobody mentioned, an extra language, one more application) are priced and agreed before the work happens.
A 50% deposit begins the work and is fully refundable right up until it does; the balance falls due on delivery. Mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money), bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard are all accepted. Quotes default to Ghana Cedi, other currencies where our processor collects in them, and every invoice states its tax treatment plainly with any levy itemised.
Where we work
Brand work travels well. We are in Kumasi, and the whole process (discovery, presentation, revision rounds, final hand-off) runs online, so we build identities for clients across Ghana and internationally without either side getting on a plane.
Where we do need to be somewhere in person, usually a press check or a site survey for signage outside Greater Kumasi, travel and accommodation are quoted separately and agreed before anything is booked.
Roughly 80% of our clients stay on retainer once the identity exists, and that is the part that matters here: a brand system is only worth building if someone keeps applying it correctly after the launch.
Questions we get asked
How much does a logo cost in Ghana?
We quote per project rather than publishing a rate card, because a single wordmark and a full identity system with guidelines and collateral are very different jobs. Projects start at GHS 500. You get a fixed written quote inside one working day, valid for 30 days.
How long does a brand identity take?
A brand identity is usually a matter of weeks, and your quote states the timeline for your specific job. The clock starts when the deposit clears and we have what we need from you. Delays in feedback move the delivery date by the same amount.
What files do I get with a logo?
Logo files in both vector and raster, in the formats your job actually needs, plus print-ready PDFs for anything going to press. All final creative belongs to you once the invoice is settled in full, with no ongoing licence fee. Editable working files can be included if you ask up front and we price them into the quote.
How many rounds of changes are included?
Two revision rounds per asset are included in every project. A round means one consolidated set of feedback from you, actioned by us. Further rounds are quoted separately, and we always tell you when you have reached the limit and what the next round would cost before doing the work.
Do you design billboards and printed material too?
Yes: billboards, banners, signage, flyers, stationery and merch are all part of what we do, and we prefer to design them alongside the identity rather than bolted on afterwards. Out-of-home in particular is designed to be read in about three seconds from a moving car, which changes how it is laid out from the start.
Will you show my project in your portfolio?
Usually yes, once it is public. If your work is confidential or you would simply rather we did not, say so and we keep it out, no argument, no fee.
Building a brand,
or rebuilding one?
Tell us where the brand is now and where it needs to be. A fixed quote comes back inside one working day, valid 30 days. Projects start at GHS 500.
